Connor Bradley is the Founder and Managing Director of Wave Group. He leads the firm's strategy, operations, and product development, with a focus on building practical tools that help businesses identify profit opportunities and improve performance.

Alongside his work at Wave, Connor works full-time in B2B wholesale, bringing hands-on commercial experience to the firm's advisory approach. He has a strong interest in finance, business, and technology, and enjoys building systems that turn complex business data into clear, actionable insights.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys film, reading, and learning about new industries and ideas.

Hattan is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Wave Group. With a background in finance and AI-driven development, he designed Wave's proprietary diagnostic engine, enabling businesses to identify operational inefficiencies and margin leaks with greater speed and accuracy.

He combines strategic thinking with a builder's mindset, ensuring the firm's advisory work is supported by practical tools and repeatable processes.

Outside of Wave, Hattan studies Finance at Penn State and enjoys hiking, music, and fashion.

Kion serves as Vice President at Wave Group, helping lead the firm's consulting operations and client engagements. He works closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and that clients receive practical, results-focused support.

Outside of work, Kion is a highly competitive gamer and has achieved Top 500 ranking in Overwatch, reflecting his discipline, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure.

Xavier is an Analyst at Wave Group. He supports research, analysis, and client projects, helping transform data into clear insights that support better business decisions.

He is studying Finance at the University of Central Florida on scholarship and has a strong interest in economics, business, and continuous learning.
